Bolívar Soberano

On August 20th the new monetary unit "Bolívar Soberano" replaces "Bolívar Fuerte" with a conversion rate of 100,000 Bolívares Fuerte to 1 Bolívar Soberano. In the initial official annoucement last March 2018, the monetary unit was a rate of 1000 Bolívar Fuerte to 1 Bolívar Soberano, however, this was change to 100.000 Bolívar Fuerte.
