In the center, the denomination value "1000" with the denomination in words "MIL BOLÍVARES" «one thousand Bolívares» above. On the bottom, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela» with the payment clause "PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO" «Payments to the Bearier in the Offices of the Bank» above. In each corner but upper right corner, the denomination value "1000". In the center, the value "1000", above, the denomination in words "Mil Bolivares". On the bottom, the name of deputies that signed the Act of Independence. In the upper right corner Coat of Arms. In the bottom corners the denomination value "1000". On the top, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela» with the denomination in words "Mil Bolivares" below.
Circulation note: This note was retired early because there was a typographical error by the absence of accented "i" in the word "Bolivares".
