Below, the denomination in words "CIEN BOLÍVARES" «one hundred Bolívares» and the payment clause "que se pagarán al portador en Carácas á la presentacion" (payable to bearer in Caracas upon presentation). On each side, representación de una mujer. On the top, the legend of the capitalization amount "CAPITAL" - "B/15.000.000". In each corner the denomination value "100" within a guilloche. On the bottom, the signatures zone. In the bottom border, the denomination both value and words "100 / CIEN" repeated several times. On the right, the date filling space "___ 189_".
  • Reverse: Orange background pattern. In the center, inside a circle Coat of Arms with the motto "INDEPENDENCIA", "LIBERTAD", "5 DE JULIO 1811", "28 DE MARZO 1864" and "DIOS Y FEDERACION", on each side the denomination value "100". Above and below of the Coat of Arms the issuer name "BANCO DE VENEZUELA".
