  • General: Circular shape with plain edge.
  • Obverse: Circular rim with dentacles beading. In the center, over the field Monument to Carabobo, with the legend "24 de Junio de 1821" on the top and "MONUMENTO EN EL CAMPO DE CARABOBO" on the base. Surrounding the field, the legend "REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA" «Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela» and "180 AÑOS DE LA BATALLA DE CARABOBO".
  • Reverse: Circular rim with dentacles beading. In the center, over the field statue of The Libertator riding his horse located in the Bolívar Square of Caracas, with the face value "25.000 BOLIVARES" at right and and "SIMÓN BOLÍVAR, EL LIBERTADOR" on the base. Surrounding the field, the legend "MINISTERIO DE EDUCACIÓN, CULTURA Y DEPORTES" and "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela».
