Characteristics
  • Date: (2001)
  • General: Circular shape with plain edge.
  • Obverse: Circular rim without beading. In the center, over the field, panoramic view in perspective of main buildings of the Venezuela Mint, with above: Mint logo and leyend "Fundada 1999". Surrounding the field, the legend "CASA DE LA MONEDA DE VENEZUELA" in the top, and in the exergue "MARACAY".
  • Reverse: Circular rim without beading. In the center, over the field, perspective view of the main site and Financery Tower of the Banco Central de Venezuela with it's logo at left. Surrounding the field, the legend "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela» in the top. In the exergue the face value "3000 BOLIVARES".
  • Conmemotative motive: Foundation of the Venezuelan Mint.
