In the center, over the field, body of the Coat of Arms: in a chief, wheat; on the second one, two swords and two flags; on the third one, a wild horse running toward the right looking at left (from the viewer's perspective). Above, seven stars (the fourth one being the center and bigger), that represents the seven provinces that signed the Venezuelan Declaration of Independence. Surrounding the field, the country name "ESTADOS UNIDOS DE VENEZUELA" «United States of Venezuela». In the exergue, the year.
