  • Obverse: Circular rim without beading. In the center, over the field, bust of Andrés Bello from unknown author, with the legends "ANDRES BELLO" on the top and on the bottom "1781-1981".
  • Reverse: Circular rim without beading. In the center, over the field, single signature of Don Andrés Bello within a concentrical circle. Surrounding the field, the legend "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela», the metallic millesimal fineness "LEY 835", the weight "27 grs." and the face value "100 BOLIVARES".
