On the right, portrait of Simon Bolivar based in the painting "Retrato Ecuestre de El Libertador" (Equestrian portrait of The Liberator) by Tito Salas. In the center, watermarks zone. On the left, the denomination value "100". On the top, and on the bottom, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela» splitted in two parts. On the right corners the denomination value "100". The design is similar to Design D, Type B, with the removal of the printer name.
